Terms of Service

What you get, what you pay, what we promise, and what stays your responsibility. Written to match what the software actually does.

Effective 18 September 2026 · last updated 18 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you install or pay for Flogit. They are written plainly on purpose: you should be able to read them before you buy and know exactly what you are getting.

Who we are. Flogit is operated by Lost In The Tabs, Amoreiras Square, R. Carlos Alberto da Mota Pinto nº17, 3rd Floor A – Escritório 317, 1070-313 Lisboa, Portugal. Write to us at support@flogit.app.

The short version

  • Flogit is a tool you drive. It never posts, sends, accepts or replies on your behalf. Every message, offer and listing leaves only when you press the button.
  • We are not Vinted. Flogit is independent, and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Vinted. Your Vinted account, and Vinted's rules, stay yours to keep.
  • The free plan needs no card, no email and no account. Paid plans are monthly, cancel whenever you like, and your licence key is the only thing that says which plan you have.
  • Fourteen days to change your mind on a first payment, refunded in full.
  • We cannot promise sales. Prices Flogit estimates are estimates, and a tax report is a report, not tax advice.

1. What Flogit is

Flogit is a browser extension for people selling on Vinted. It reads your own shop through Vinted's website, inside the tab you already have open and the session you are already logged in to, and it helps you write listings, price them, answer offers and messages, track sales, and keep your own books.

It is an assistant, not a robot. Flogit drafts, suggests, fills in and organises. It does not act on its own, it does not run while you are away, and it never sends anything to a buyer or to Vinted unless you tell it to, one action at a time.

Flogit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Vinted, and nothing here is said on Vinted's behalf.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 16, consistent with Vinted's own minimum age, and able to enter into a contract where you live. If you use Flogit for a business, you confirm you may bind that business to these terms.

3. Your Vinted account stays your responsibility

Flogit works inside your Vinted session, so everything it helps you do is done as you. That means:

  • Vinted's terms still apply to you in full. Read them, and keep to them. If Vinted's rules and a Flogit feature ever disagree, Vinted's rules win, and you should not use the feature.
  • You are responsible for what you publish and send, including anything Flogit drafted for you. Read a draft before it goes out.
  • We do not control Vinted. Vinted may change its website, its rules, or its limits at any time, may rate-limit or block automated-looking activity, and may act against an account. We cannot prevent that, appeal it for you, or be responsible for it.

Flogit paces its own requests deliberately, and asks before anything that touches a buyer, precisely so that using it looks like what it is: a person working their own shop.

4. Plans, prices and billing

The free plan is free, with no card, no email and no account. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew until you cancel. Current prices are on the pricing page and include VAT where it applies.

  • Payment is handled by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record: it takes the payment, issues the invoice, and handles the tax. We never see or store your card details. The provider's own terms apply to the payment itself.
  • Your licence key is what grants your plan. It arrives by email from the payment provider after the first payment, and you paste it into Flogit once.
  • Allowances are monthly and reset on the 1st. Unused allowance does not carry over. What each plan includes is listed on the pricing page, and the panel shows what you have left as you spend it.
  • Prices can change. If the price of a plan you are on goes up, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

5. Your licence key

The key is personal and identifies your plan, not you: there is no account behind it. You may use it on your own devices, and move it between them, by removing it in Settings, Plan, Deactivate and pasting it elsewhere.

Do not share, publish, sell or sublicense your key. A key that is being used far beyond one person's own shop may be deactivated.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, from the payment provider's own receipt or customer portal, or by writing to support@flogit.app and asking us to do it. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.

Cancelling stops the next payment. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the extension returns to the free plan. Nothing you have on your own computer is deleted when a plan ends: your inventory, sales and notes stay where they are.

7. Refunds

  • Fourteen days on a first payment. If Flogit is not what you expected, write to support@flogit.app within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, without asking you to justify it.
  • If it is broken, we refund it. If a feature you paid for stops working and we cannot fix it for you, tell us and we will refund the period affected, whenever that happens.
  • Renewals are not automatically refunded. A renewal you meant to cancel and did not: write to us anyway. We would rather refund a month than keep money from someone who did not want it.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for digital content. Where the content is supplied immediately with your consent, that right can lapse, and nothing in this section takes away any right you have by law.

8. What you may not do

  • Use Flogit to break the law, or to break Vinted's terms.
  • Resell, rent out, or offer Flogit as your own service.
  • Share, publish or sell a licence key.
  • Work around the plan limits, the licence check, or the request pacing.
  • Use Flogit to collect other people's personal data beyond what running your own shop needs.
  • Reverse engineer the software, except exactly as far as the law lets you do so regardless of what a contract says.

9. Your data

Almost everything Flogit knows about your shop stays on your own computer and is never sent to us. What leaves your device, and why, is set out in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

10. The software changes, and so does Vinted

Flogit lives inside somebody else's website. Vinted changes it, sometimes without warning, and a feature can break or have to be removed because of a change we did not make and could not foresee. We fix what we can, as quickly as we can.

We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something substantial that your plan was sold on, you can cancel and we will refund the unused part of the period.

11. What we promise, and what we do not

We provide Flogit with reasonable care and skill, and the statutory guarantees you have as a consumer apply in full. Beyond that, Flogit is provided as it is:

  • We do not promise sales. No tool can. What you earn depends on your items, your prices, your photos and your buyers.
  • Price estimates are estimates. They are built from comparable listings and are a starting point for your judgement, not a valuation.
  • Drafts are drafts. Text Flogit writes for a listing, an offer or a reply is a suggestion for you to read and change.
  • A tax report is not tax advice. It organises numbers you entered. Check it, and talk to an accountant about your own situation.
  • We do not promise uninterrupted service. The backend can be down, and Vinted can be down.

12. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim connected with Flogit is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data that you could have kept a copy of, or for any action Vinted takes against your account.

13. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Flogit at any time by removing the extension. We can suspend or end access if you break section 8, if a payment is reversed, or if we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

If we end your access for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of the period.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, in particular one that affects price, refunds or what your plan includes, we will announce it in the extension and on this page before it takes effect, and paid users get at least 30 days' notice. Continuing to use Flogit after that means you accept the new terms. If you do not, cancel, and we refund the unused part of the period.

15. Law, and where a disagreement goes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in your own country's courts.

If something goes wrong, write to support@flogit.app first: almost everything is settled that way. Consumers in the EU can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
