What it does · Customers
Vinted has
transactions.
You have
customers.
Somewhere in your sales list are people who have bought from you three times. Vinted will never tell you which ones, because it does not think in customers.
Repeat buyers
The ones already coming back.
Flogit reads your completed sales, works out who the buyer was on each one, and groups them into people. Then it tells you the number that matters: how many of your customers have bought more than once.
- Repeat customers, as a count and as a share of everyone.
- Your top customer by what they have actually spent.
- Every order they made, with the date and the amount, expandable.
- A bundle opens into the items that were in it, not “Bundle of 4”.
The map next to this shades each country by what it is worth to you, not by how many parcels it took.
Where they are
Your shop is probably foreign.
Most sellers assume their home country is their market. It often is not, and the gap tends to be large rather than marginal. This card is the cheapest way to find out which way round yours is.
- Every buyer country ranked by money, not by parcel count.
- A map of Europe shaded by what each country is worth.
- The average sale per country, which is where the surprises are.
Knowing this changes what you list and how you write it. It is the kind of fact that is obvious afterwards and invisible before.
What they said
Their review, next to their name.
The review a buyer left you is attached to the person who left it, so a repeat customer arrives with their history and their opinion in the same row. Vinted’s automatic five stars are marked as automatic, because they say nothing about anybody.
- Their most recent real review, with the rating.
- Their name links to their Vinted profile, so you can see what they are selling.
- Search by username when you know who you are looking for.
The honest gap
Some sales have no buyer.
Vinted does not expose a buyer on every order. Vinted Go sales paid by QR receipt on an Individual account come through with nobody attached, and nothing can recover that.
- Those sales are counted separately and labelled, not quietly dropped.
- The percentages you see are of the buyers we could identify, and it says so.
- A number that is missing is shown as missing, never as zero.
Where it sits
Customers comes with Trader.
It needs your whole sales history to be worth anything, which is the point at which a clear-out has become a shop.
