A good share of your perfect scores were written by nobody at all. Knowing which is which changes what you read into them.
When a buyer does not review within the window, Vinted awards five stars automatically. Flogit labels those Automatic rating.
They are not praise and there is nothing to reply to.
Why the distinction matters
Two sellers with a 5.0 average can be in completely different positions: one has forty people who liked the transaction enough to say so, the other has forty people who forgot.
Reading automatic ratings as approval also hides a real problem. If nobody is writing anything, either nothing memorable is happening or your parcels are arriving without giving anyone a reason to speak.
Replying, and when not to
Flogit flags the sales where a buyer wrote something and you have not answered. A written review with no reply is worth answering: it is public, it sits under your profile, and a thank-you costs nothing.
An automatic rating is not worth replying to. There is no person on the other end of it.
The negative one
Answer it, briefly and factually, and do not argue. The reply is not for the person who wrote it; it is for the next fifty buyers who read it.
"Sorry this was not right, I refunded the same day" does more for you than being correct at length.
Reviews belong to people
Each review is attached to the buyer who left it, so a repeat customer arrives with their history and their opinion in the same row. A person who has bought four times and left one lukewarm review is telling you something different from a stranger doing the same.

Translate reads it properly and Show original puts it back. Worth doing before deciding whether a review is actually a complaint.
