Help Account, data & plans When the quota runs out

When the quota runs out

One meter stops. Only that one. Nothing else changes, and nothing is deleted.

The meter you exhausted waits for the first of the month. The other three carry on, and everything unmetered carries on: your inventory, your sales, your costs, your labels, your reports, your exports.

You can still list on Vinted. You just have to write that one by hand.

The meters are separate on purpose

Running out of offer replies does not cost you a listing. They are counted apart deliberately: a busy week for offers is not something you chose, and it should not stop you putting new stock up.

This is also why there is no single combined "credits" number. One pool would mean a week of haggling quietly eating the allowance you were saving for a Sunday of listing.

You can see it coming

Every allowance is visible in Settings under Account as you spend it, and the count is on screen while you work rather than sprung on you at zero.

When a metered action is the one you are about to take and there is nothing left, Flogit says so before it runs, not after.

What you can do

  1. Wait for the first

Everything resets on the first of the month. Unused allowance does not carry over, so there is nothing to save up.

  2. Do that one by hand

Flogit fills in Vinted's own form. Vinted's form still works without it. A listing written by hand is a slower evening, not a blocked one.

  3. Move up a plan

The new allowance applies from the next billing date. See change or cancel your plan.

Nothing is held hostage

Your data was never on our servers, so there is nothing for a lapsed quota to lock. Your sales, costs and margins live in your browser and the free plan reads all of it. Running out is a pause on four actions, not a wall in front of your own numbers.

If four hundred a month is genuinely not enough

Write to us. "Unlimited" is never true and finding out where the real limit was when you hit it is worse than being told, so the top plan has a number on it. If your shop needs more than that number, that is a conversation, not a refusal.
