Load your inventory and keep it fresh
The grid fills from Vinted through the queue, and refreshing later costs a fraction of the first run.
Open Inventory and press Load inventory the first time. After that, Refresh brings in what changed.
Both go through the queue that waits between calls, so both take a moment and neither can be hurried.
The first load
It reads every active listing you have: title, price, size, brand, condition, views, favourites and the date it went up. That is what fills the columns, and it is why the first run on a large shop takes minutes rather than seconds.
Leave the tab open. Closing it pauses rather than cancels, and the next run continues from where it stopped.
Refreshing after that
Refresh does not re-read everything. It looks for what is new, what has gone, and what changed, which on a normal day is a handful of rows.
Worth pressing after you have published something on Vinted directly, or when a sale has just come in and you want the row to catch up.
Market prices are a separate pass
Sync market fetches what comparable pieces are asking for each item. It is deliberately not part of the normal load: it is much slower, it is throttled harder, and it spends a metered allowance.
Run it when you are about to reprice, not every time you open the panel. See read a market check.
A listing that sells leaves your active inventory but stays in your sales record with its cost and margin. The grid is what is on sale now; the sales screen is the history.
