Reply templates you write yourself
The four sentences you type every week, saved once, with the details filled in each time.
Settings has a Quick replies section. Write a template, insert it into a reply, edit it, send it yourself.
Add suggested templates drops in a starting set if you would rather edit than start from nothing.
Which ones are worth saving
The test is whether you have typed it three times this month. Usually that is four things: declining a low offer politely, agreeing to a small discount, explaining postage, and answering "is this still available".
Anything you type once is not worth a template. The value is entirely in the repetition.
What gets filled in
The buyer, the item and the price are substituted when you insert the template, so the message reads as though you wrote it for them rather than pasted it.
That matters more than it sounds. A reply that says "this item" where a name should be is recognisably a form letter, and a buyer who feels processed haggles harder.
Tone
Reply tone sets whether Flogit's own drafts come out friendly, neutral or firm. It shapes the suggestions, not your saved templates, which are yours exactly as written.
Firm is worth trying if you find yourself constantly apologising your way into discounts you did not want to give.
Templates and languages
Vinted is one marketplace across two dozen countries, so a good share of your buyers do not read your language. Flogit drafts replies in the language the buyer wrote in; a saved template is in whatever language you saved it in.
For the messages that are genuinely repetitive, the draft is usually the better tool, because it arrives already in the right language.
Templates and drafts both land in the box, editable and unsent. Flogit has never sent a message on anyone's behalf and is not built to. The button is yours.
