Back up and restore everything
Two backups for two different jobs, and neither file ever passes through us.
The data backup is one file with your inventory, sales, costs, offers, evidence and settings. It is how you move to another computer.
The listings backup is a zip of your actual Vinted listings and their photos. It is a copy you keep for yourself, and it does not need Flogit to open.
The data backup
In Settings, under Data backup, Export backup writes one file to your downloads. Import backup reads it back on another machine.
It carries everything Flogit knows that Vinted does not: what you paid, your expenses, your notes, your reply templates, your thresholds, your dispute evidence. In other words the part that would actually hurt to lose, because Vinted cannot regenerate any of it.
Restoring a backup swaps out the local Flogit data on that machine. Flogit asks you to confirm first. If you have been using two computers and both have costs recorded, importing one over the other loses the difference.
The listings backup
The other one is under Listings backup. It builds a .zip containing each listing exactly as Vinted stores it, plus a photos folder, plus a short readme explaining what is in there.
Tick Include photos to include the images. Without them the file is small and still useful; with them it is a genuine archive of your shop.
This one is deliberately not a Flogit format. Any computer can open a zip and look at the pictures, and the listing data is plain text. It is yours in the sense that it does not depend on us continuing to exist.
Putting a single listing back
Restore from a file takes one of those zips and rebuilds a single listing from it: the photos, the title, the description, the fields. Useful when you deleted something you should not have, or when a relist went wrong.
Restoring the whole file at once is deliberately not offered. Recreating two hundred listings in one go is exactly the burst of write traffic that gets an account flagged, and a button that does it would be a button that gets people banned.
Both are written straight to your downloads folder by your own browser. There is no upload step, no cloud copy, and no server of ours that has ever held one. Free on every plan, including the one that costs nothing.
