Print a packing slip

The piece of paper that goes in the box and carries your shop's name, not ours.

Open the sale and print the slip. It lists who it is from and to, what is in the box, the totals and a thank-you.

It prints in the buyer's language, not yours, because they are the one who has to read it.

What it is not

Not a shipping label: the carrier's label is Vinted's and comes from the same panel, separately. See download the shipping label.

Not an invoice either, and it says so on it. An invoice is a tax document with requirements that vary by country; this is a note that tells the buyer what they received.

What it carries

LineWhy it is there
From / ToYour shop name and their username. Recognition, so the parcel is not anonymous.
Item and QtyEspecially for a bundle, where four things arrived in one box.
Listed price, Your discount, Total paidWhat they paid and what you took off. A visible discount is a discount they remember.
A thank-youYours to word. This is the line that gets you reviews.

This amount does not include shipping costs. is stated outright so nobody reads the total as including postage and queries it later.

The buyer's language

This is the detail most people do not expect. Over half of what many sellers ship leaves their own country, and a slip in the wrong language is the difference between a nice touch and a puzzle.

Flogit knows the buyer's language from the order and prints accordingly. You write the thank-you once, in your own language, and it goes out translated.

Free on every plan

Slips and labels are on the free plan, including the one that costs nothing. They are part of what makes a sale honest rather than an upsell.
