Sync market prices for the whole inventory

One pass over everything you sell, deliberately kept out of the normal refresh.

Sync market in Inventory fetches a comparable median for each item, so the Margin and Market columns fill in across the whole grid.

It is slow, heavily throttled, and it spends your price-check allowance. That is why it is a separate button.

Why it is not part of Refresh

A normal refresh reads your own listings, which is fast and free. A market pass runs a search per item against Vinted and reasons about the results, which is neither.

Folding it into the everyday refresh would mean every panel open spent allowance and minutes on a question you did not ask.

When it is worth running

  • Before a repricing session, so you are working from current numbers rather than last month's.
  • At the start of a season, when what people will pay changes.
  • After adding a batch of new stock, so the new items have a benchmark.

Not weekly out of habit. Prices for second-hand goods do not move that fast, and the allowance is finite on the lower plans.

What it costs

One price check per item, from the monthly meter. On the free plan that is ten, which is not a whole inventory; on Trader and Mogul it is uncapped, which is where a full sweep makes sense.

Filter the grid down first if you are on a metered plan. Twenty items you are about to reprice is a better use than four hundred you are not.

Then read it in the grid

Turn on the Market and Margin columns and sort. The interesting rows are the ones far from the median in either direction: above it and not selling, or below it and selling instantly, which usually means you are underpricing.

See reprice several at once for acting on it.

Leave the tab open

Like everything else, it goes through the queue with a pause between calls. A few hundred items is a coffee, not a click. Closing the tab pauses rather than cancels.
