Who is this,
and what did
they buy?
Vinted’s inbox is a column of names. Answering well means remembering things it does not show you, about a person you have never met.
Context
The person, not the thread.
Beside every conversation Flogit puts what you would want to know before replying: whether they have bought from you before, how much they have spent, what the order was worth and what they actually paid.
- “Has bought from you 3× · €48”, before you decide how hard to hold your price.
- What the buyer paid, and how much of it was Vinted’s protection fee.
- The item, its photo and its price, without leaving the thread.
- Offers appear as a band in the conversation, so you can see what was asked and what you answered.
“Bonjour, est-ce que vous accepteriez 8 euros ?”
Bonjour ! Merci pour votre offre. Je peux descendre à 9 €, et comme c’est votre quatrième commande je vous envoie ça demain matin.
Written in the language they wrote to you in. It lands in the box for you to change or delete.
Replies
A draft, in their language.
Vinted is one marketplace across two dozen countries, so a good part of what you sell leaves yours. Flogit reads the thread, drafts an answer in the language it was written in, and puts it in the box. Nothing is sent until you send it.
- The draft is a draft. It sits in the box, editable, unsent.
- Translate any conversation, and switch back to the original.
- Propose a price from inside the thread, without hunting for the offer screen.
Finding things
Five filters instead of scrolling.
An inbox is only a problem once it is long. These are the cuts that actually get used, rather than a search box and good luck.
- Unread, for the ones still waiting on you.
- Offers, for the threads with money on the table.
- Customers, for people who have already bought from you.
- Bundles, which need a different answer from a single item.
- Select several and mark them read in one go.
And the parcel
The label is in the conversation.
The thread is where you find out the parcel needs sending, so it is where the shipping label should be. It is also where the tracking code lives once it exists.
- Download the shipping label without opening the order elsewhere.
- Tracking code and a link to the carrier’s page, in the same panel.
- Vinted deletes a label once the parcel arrives. Flogit keeps your copy.
Reading is automatic. Sending is not.
Flogit reads your inbox, works out what to say and hands it to you. It has never sent a message on anyone’s behalf and is not built to. The button is yours.
