Draft a reply in the buyer's language
A good share of what you sell leaves your country. The draft arrives in the language they wrote to you in.
Open the conversation, ask for a suggested reply. Flogit reads the thread and drafts an answer in the language it was written in.
It lands in the box, editable and unsent. You change what you want and press send yourself.
Why this is worth having
Vinted is a single marketplace spread across two dozen countries, so a message in a language you do not read is not an edge case, it is Tuesday.
The alternative is answering in English and hoping, which reads as brusque, or pasting into a translator, which takes long enough that you put it off. A buyer waiting two days for an answer often buys elsewhere.
It answers with the facts beside it
Before drafting, Flogit puts the things you would want to know next to the conversation: whether they have bought from you before, how much they have spent, what the order was worth and what they actually paid.
That changes the answer. Somebody on their fourth order asking for a euro off is a different conversation from a stranger opening at half price, and the draft reflects it.
Reading the original
Translate works on a conversation as well as on a review, and Show original puts it back. Worth doing before you reply to anything that reads as annoyed: tone survives translation badly in both directions.
What it costs
One drafted reply is one from your offer-replies allowance. Reading the thread, translating it and everything else on the Messages screen is free and uncounted.
If you run out, the meter waits for the first of the month and nothing else stops. See when the quota runs out.
Flogit reads your inbox, works out what to say and hands it to you. It has never sent a message on anyone's behalf and is not built to.
