Read the sale detail panel

What they paid, what Vinted took, what reached you, and the two dates people confuse.

Click any sale in Sales. The panel carries the buyer, the money, the dates, the parcel and the review, without leaving the screen.

The money, in order

LineMeans
Total paidWhat the buyer's card was charged, buyer protection included.
Buyer protection feeVinted's cut, paid by the buyer on top rather than out of your price.
Gross (you receive)What actually reached you.
Cost (COGS)What you paid for it, if you recorded it.

The gap between what the buyer paid and what you received surprises people. It is not a deduction from your price: buyer protection is charged on top, so the buyer's total is higher than your listing rather than your take being lower.

Two dates, not one

Dates separates when it sold from when it completed. In balance is the money in your balance; Not completed yet means the order has not finished yet.

They are usually days apart, and at the turn of a month that difference is what makes two tools disagree about your revenue. See collected is not the same as sold.

The buyer

Who they are, how many times they have bought from you, and a link to their profile. Buyer info not available (Vinted Go / QR). appears when Vinted did not expose one, which happens on Vinted Go sales paid by QR receipt.

Those are counted separately rather than quietly dropped.

The parcel and the review

Shipping label and the tracking sit here, along with the packing slip. Below them, Buyer feedback: what the buyer wrote, translatable in place, with Vinted's automatic five stars marked as automatic.
