Help Sales, customers & money
Sales, customers & money
What you actually made, once Vinted has taken its cut and the money has arrived.
- Add what you paid for an itemWhat an item cost you is the one number Vinted cannot know. Without it you get revenue; with it you get margin, reports and honest offer suggestions.
- Collected is not the same as soldSold on the 16th is not paid on the 16th. Flogit tracks the day the money actually reached your balance.
- Am I reported under DAC7?Being reported is not the same as owing tax. Flogit tracks both counters so it is never a surprise in January.
- Capture dispute evidence before you postOne click before the parcel goes, and the state of the item is on the record with a date attached.
- Export everything as CSVFor the accountant, the spreadsheet, or simply owning your numbers in a format nothing can take away.
- Record an expenseThe costs that belong to the business rather than to any one item, and that quietly decide your real profit.
- Who bought from you twiceRepeat buyers are hiding in your sales list: people who have bought three times, whom Vinted will never point out.
- Reviews, and Vinted's automatic five starsA good share of your perfect scores were written by nobody at all. Knowing which is which changes what you read into them.
- Read the sale detail panelWhat they paid, what Vinted took, what reached you, and the two dates people confuse.
- Where your buyers actually areRanked by money rather than by parcels. The answer is usually not the country you are sitting in.
- The yearly profit and loss reportFour lines, and only the last one is the answer to anything.
