Help Sales, customers & money Who bought from you twice
Who bought from you twice
Repeat buyers are hiding in your sales list: people who have bought three times, whom Vinted will never point out.
Customers groups your completed sales by who the buyer was, and shows how many orders, how much in total, and how long ago.
The number worth knowing is what share of your customers have bought more than once.
Why it changes what you do
A repeat buyer already trusts you, cost nothing to find, and takes less convincing. Knowing who they are turns two decisions from guesses into obvious ones: whether to hold your price on an offer, and whether a note in the parcel is worth the thirty seconds.
It also tells you something about the shop. A high repeat rate means people like what you stock; a low one on high volume means you are selling to strangers every time, which is more work for the same money.
Bundles open up
A bundle of four is shown as the four items it contained, not as "Bundle of 4". A customer who bought one bundle of four bought four things from you, and their total should say so.
Where your buyers actually are
The same screen ranks buyer countries by money rather than by parcel count, with a map shaded the same way.
Most sellers assume their home country is their market. It often is not, and the gap tends to be large. It is the cheapest way to find out which way round yours is, and it changes what you list and how you write it.
The honest gap
Vinted does not expose a buyer on every order. Sales paid by QR receipt through Vinted Go on an individual account arrive with nobody attached, and nothing can recover that.
Those are counted separately and labelled rather than quietly dropped, and the percentages say they are of the buyers we could identify.
It needs your whole sales history to be worth anything, and 30 days of it is not enough to tell a repeat buyer from a coincidence. That is the point at which a clear-out has become a shop.
