Hide, unhide, duplicate and delete
Three of these you can take back. One you cannot, and it is the one that asks twice.
Select rows in Inventory and the action bar appears at the bottom with the count of what you are about to touch.
Read that count before pressing anything. It is the cheapest protection there is against a filter you forgot.
What each one does

Hide is the one to reach for
Most of the time somebody deletes a listing, hiding was what they wanted: the item is out of stock this week, or lent to a friend, or you are going away.
Hiding keeps the listing's age and its accumulated favourites. Deleting throws both away, and a listing with thirty favourites is worth more than the ten seconds it takes to recreate.
For going away entirely, use holiday mode rather than hiding everything one by one.
Delete asks, and means it
Flogit confirms with the exact number of listings, and the confirmation says it cannot be undone, because it cannot. Vinted has no bin to recover them from.
The listings backup is the only safety net: if you have a zip with photos, a single listing can be rebuilt from it. See back up and restore.
Relisting is delete-and-recreate, but Flogit does both halves and keeps your photos, price and text. Deleting by hand and writing it again from scratch loses the text as well as the age. Use Relist.
