Holiday mode, where you can find it
The same Vinted switch, somewhere you can reach it in one click instead of four.
It is in Flogit's own sidebar. It confirms before hiding your shop, and switches back off instantly.
It is Vinted's feature, not a Flogit one: the switch does exactly what Vinted's own does.
What it actually does
Your listings stop appearing in search and buyers cannot order. They are not deleted, they keep their age and their favourites, and everything comes back exactly as it was.
Existing orders carry on. Holiday mode stops new sales, it does not pause parcels you already owe somebody.
When to use it rather than hiding items
- Away for a week: holiday mode. One switch, no per-item work, no risk of forgetting to unhide something.
- One item unavailable: hide that item. See hide, duplicate and delete.
- Busy but shipping: neither. Late dispatch hurts less than a shop that vanished.
Why it asks
Because it takes your whole shop out of search, and doing that by a misclick is the kind of mistake you notice three days later when nothing has sold.
Turning it off is immediate and needs no confirmation, because there is no harm in being visible.
A holiday note in your profile does more than the switch alone. Buyers who favourited an item and find the shop gone tend not to come back to check.
